Description
BST580D was developed as a comprehensive battery tester and OBD scanner,
primarily for DIY users and service technicians at small repair shops.
It supports battery testing (including battery, starting system and
charging system tests) and OBD diagnostics (including reading/clearing DTCs and
reading live data). With built-in help menus and code definitions, diagnosing and repairing the dreaded Check Engine light is now easier than ever!
The BST-580D battery tester uses the most advanced conductance testing technology currently available worldwide to easily, quickly and accurately measure the vehicle battery's actual cold-cranking capability, the battery's overall health, and common faults in the vehicle's starting and charging systems. It effectively helps service personnel quickly and accurately identify problems, enabling faster vehicle repairs.
